What We Guarantee:

Your business will appear on the first page of Google Maps search results for your primary service keywords within 90 days of service commencement.

If We Don't Deliver:

We will continue working at no additional cost until your business achieves first-page Google Maps ranking for the agreed-upon keywords.

Requirements:

• Client must provide timely access to Google Business Profile
• Client must respond to optimization requests within 7 business days
• Business must be eligible for Google Business Profile listing
• Keywords must be relevant to client's actual services and location

Paid Advertising Lead Generation Guarantee

What We Guarantee:

Our paid advertising campaigns will generate qualified leads within 30 days of campaign launch.

Qualified Lead Definition:

• Contact information provided (name, phone, or email)
• Expressed interest in client's services
• Located within client's service area
• Meets client's target customer criteria

If We Don't Deliver:

We will continue campaign management at no additional cost until qualified leads are generated.

Requirements:

• Minimum monthly ad spend of $1,000
• Client must provide timely access to advertising accounts
• Landing pages and lead capture systems must be implemented
• Client must respond to leads within 24 hours

General Guarantee Conditions

Exclusions:

• Businesses in prohibited industries (adult content, gambling, etc.)
• Suspended or penalized Google accounts
• Force majeure events beyond our control
• Changes to Google algorithms that affect all businesses

Measurement Period:

Guarantee periods begin from the date of service implementation, not contract signing.

Remedy:

Our sole remedy for unmet guarantees is continued service at no cost. We do not provide cash refunds for guarantee failures.

To claim guarantee benefits:

1. Contact us in writing within 30 days of guarantee period expiration
2. Provide documentation of compliance with all requirements
3. Allow us to verify guarantee metrics
4. Continue working with us during the remedy period
