• Search engine optimization (SEO)
• Google Ads management
• Meta Ads management
• Social media management
• AI automation and lead follow-up

Service Guarantees

We provide specific guarantees for our services:

• Google Maps: First page ranking within 90 days or continued work at no cost
• Paid Ads: Qualified leads within 30 days or continued management at no cost

Guarantee terms and conditions are detailed in our separate Guarantee Terms document.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in activities that could harm our reputation

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. All fees are due according to the agreed-upon schedule.

Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, and materials created by Spotlight Marketing Results remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice according to the terms specified in the individual service agreement.
